AI Transparency & Safety
Your Game Master is AI. That should never be a surprise, and it should never be the thing that decides your competitive standing.

1. Your Game Master is AI
The Game Master that talks to you, plans your campaigns and writes your quests is an AI system. It is designed to feel like a guide, but it is software — and we label it as such everywhere it appears.
2. AI can make mistakes
AI output can be wrong, oddly worded, poorly sized for your day, or simply unhelpful. Treat suggestions as suggestions. Use your own judgement about whether an activity is safe and appropriate for you.
3. You remain in control
- Any quest can be rejected, replaced, rescheduled or skipped.
- You choose how much context to share with your Game Master.
- You choose the Game Master personality and tone.
- You decide what, if anything, is publicly visible.
4. Not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice
LevelMyLife is a motivation product. It is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant or emergency service, and it must not be used as a substitute for one. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
5. Where AI is used
- Personalising quests to your goals, time and energy.
- Adapting difficulty as your circumstances change.
- Planning longer campaigns and reviewing progress with you.
- Assisting with the analysis of quest evidence you choose to submit.
6. What AI does not decide
AI does not directly control final XP, Ranked XP, Trust or leaderboard position. Those are produced by LevelMyLife’s deterministic Game Engine, which applies the same published rules to every player. AI can propose and assist; the Game Engine decides and records. This separation exists so competition stays fair and cannot be talked into a better score.
7. The principle
AI creates the adventure.
You live it.
The Game Engine protects the rules.
