LevelMyLife (“LML”, “we”) is operated by [LEVELMYLIFE LEGAL ENTITY]. Company registration details, registered address and governing jurisdiction will be published here before public beta.

LevelMyLife is a motivation and self-improvement product presented as a real-life role-playing game. It suggests real-world activities (“quests”), records progress, and awards in-product experience points.

LevelMyLife is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial or emergency service, and nothing in the product is professional advice.

A minimum age requirement will apply and will be stated here before accounts open. Joining the waitlist only requires a valid email address.

• Do not submit false evidence of quest completion.
• Do not automate, script or otherwise fabricate progress.
• Do not harass other players or misuse community features.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload our systems.
• Do not use LevelMyLife for anything unlawful or unsafe.

Ranked XP, Trust and leaderboard position are determined by the LML Game Engine, not by purchases and not directly by AI. Nothing that affects a leaderboard is for sale. We may adjust, withhold or reset competitive progression where we reasonably believe the fair play rules have been broken.

Joining the waitlist reserves a place in the early-access queue. It is not a purchase, not a guarantee of access at a specific time, and not a guarantee of any particular reward, badge or title. Any founding-player recognition will be described before it is granted.

Paid plans are not yet available. When they launch, billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be governed by the Subscription & Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the goals, notes and evidence you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the product for you — for example generating quests and displaying your own progress back to you.

You may leave at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where continued access would create a safety or security risk.

LevelMyLife is provided on an “as is” basis. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is safe and appropriate for you. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected. The precise liability framework will be set out here before public beta.
