Subscription & Refund Policy

LevelMyLife is pre-launch. No plan can be purchased today, and joining the waitlist costs nothing. Full billing terms will be published here before any payment is taken.

Paid plans will improve personalisation, depth and convenience. They will never grant Ranked XP, Trust, Impact Points or leaderboard position. See Pricing for the intended plan structure.

Plans are expected to renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle until cancelled. The price, currency, tax treatment and renewal date shown at checkout will be the terms that apply.

You will be able to cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

Statutory withdrawal and refund rights — including EU/UK consumer rights where they apply — will be honoured. Any additional goodwill refund policy will be stated here in full before launch.

Price changes will be communicated in advance of the renewal they affect, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
