Privacy Policy
Your private life should never become the product. This policy explains what LevelMyLife collects today, and the privacy principles the product is being built around.
- Effective date:
- To be confirmed before public beta
- Last updated:
- 26 August 2026
1. Our privacy principles
- Privacy by design. We ask for the minimum needed to make the product work.
- No sale of player personal data. We do not sell personal data.
- Private by default. Game Master conversations are intended to be private to you.
- Accessibility information stays private. It is never part of a public profile.
- Exact date of birth stays private. It is never displayed publicly.
- You control your public identity. Play publicly, anonymously or entirely privately.
2. Who is responsible
The data controller is [LEVELMYLIFE LEGAL ENTITY]. Contact details and any required representative will be published here before public beta.
3. What we collect today
LevelMyLife is pre-launch. The only personal data collected on this website is what you give us through the waitlist form:
- your email address (stored in lowercase);
- whether you opted in to marketing updates;
- which page or button led you to the form, plus campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) if the link you arrived from contained them;
- a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to limit automated abuse of the form;
- the versions of this policy and the terms shown to you at the time.
4. Why we use it
- To tell you when early access opens.
- To send optional product updates, only if you ticked that box.
- To understand which campaigns bring interested players.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
5. When the game launches
Accounts, quests, stats and rankings are not live yet. Before those launch, this policy will be expanded to describe how goals, quest evidence, Game Master memory and competitive data are handled — including planned AI-memory controls and easy account deletion. We describe those as intentions, not as guarantees of features that are not yet built.
7. How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until early access has been rolled out or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. Abuse-protection hashes are short-lived operational data.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. The contact route for these requests will be published alongside our legal entity details.
10. Changes
Material changes will be published here with an updated date at the top of the page.
