Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a service provider that may process personal data on our behalf in order to run LevelMyLife — for example hosting the website or storing the waitlist.

LevelMyLife is pre-launch, and the website currently relies on the following categories of provider:

• Application hosting and content delivery — serving this site and protecting it from abuse.
• Managed database and backend platform — storing waitlist signups.
• Web fonts — delivering the site typefaces.

The named provider entities, their processing purpose and their processing locations will be published in this table before public beta, once our legal entity details are finalised.

When the game itself launches we expect to add AI model providers (for the Game Master), transactional email delivery, payment processing and privacy-respecting product analytics. Each will be listed here before it processes player data.
